Barcelona boss Luis Enrique feels that Pedro Rodriguez might now be ruing his decision to move to Chelsea from the Catalan giants earlier this summer.
Pedro struggled for regular playing time in the Barcelona first team as he was playing second fiddle to the attacking trio of Luis Suarez, Neymar and Lionel Messi during the 2014/15 season.
The Canary Islander was linked with a move to Manchester City as well as Manchester United, but ultimately moved to Chelsea.
The Blues, who won the Premier League title last term, are struggling this term and are lying a lowly 16th in the league standings.
Meanwhile, Barcelona are struggling with a plethora of injuries to their first team personnel and could have benefited from the services of Pedro had he not moved.
nrique, speaking at a pre-match press conference ahead of tomorrow’s clash against Rayo Vallecano, said that the forward might want to change his decision now.
“We know what the situation was with Pedro, we understand it, it’s logical, he wanted to play more and over the course of a player’s career you have to make decisions”, the manager was quoted as saying by Catalan daily Sport.
“Perhaps now he might want to change that decision I don’t know.
“It’s not a question of us missing him, that’s what life in football is like.”

I don’t think there’s a chance to recover this. But now we’re a need of good players in the absence of good forward attacker 🙂
